SEKAI

SEKAI, which in Japanese translates as ‘One World’, is a story of hope, change and the journey to create a New World. It is a sensual feast set in a Pacific-Asian flavored fantasy world. This multi-media performance art piece weaves together mythic storytelling and elaborate costuming.

The production includes live Taiko drumming, fire dance, LED black light performance, aerial silks, acrobatics, belly dancing and modern dance all accompanied by a dynamic and engaging soundtrack. The production is staged with beautiful and unique set designs and amazing visual projections, which bring the set to life.

SEKAI showcases a wide range of high caliber artists who have come together to create a colorful exquisite tapestry of magic. It is a delight for the senses, and a journey for the spirit.
